Shipment

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Swiss Post Priority shipping
• Swiss Post Economy shipping
• Swiss Post Saturday delivery
• Swiss Post international shipping incl. tracking and signature upon delivery

Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method. Priority shipping is the fastest option, while Economy shipping offers the best value. International deliveries may take longer due to customs processing.

1. Wait an additional 1–2 days. Delays can occur with Swiss Post or due to customs for international shipments.
2. Track your shipment using your tracking number.
3. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at shop@vape.ch. We will assist you promptly.

1. Before opening, take 2–3 photos or short videos of the parcel.
2. Open the parcel and check the contents.
3. Document the contents with photos or videos.
4. Send everything to shop@vape.ch. We will help you quickly.

In principle, we ship worldwide; however, like all other retailers, we are subject to the restrictions of individual countries. Currently, shipping to Germany (only upon request) and Austria is not possible.

We deliver within Switzerland via Swiss Post.

International shipments (e.g. Italy, France) are transported by Swiss Post up to the border. After that, the respective delivery service of the destination country takes over.

Yes. Select the delivery option Pick-up XXX and choose the nearest location.

Please note: pick-up orders have a 1-day waiting time. Collection is possible the following day.

Yes, we have physical stores in Uster, Effretikon, Bülach, Volketswil, and a 24/7 vending machine in Dübendorf.
