Return Policy – Returns / Warranty Cases
Procedure
To ensure that we can process your return as quickly as possible, please carefully read the return policy and complete the form on the following pages fully and truthfully. To initiate a return, it is mandatory to complete the returns form in advance and send it to RMA[at]e-zigaretten.ch. After receipt, we will review your information. Once your return request has been processed, the form will be sent back to you with the assigned RMA number. We can only accept the return if the printed returns form, including the RMA number and your signature, is enclosed with the package. Otherwise, we will unfortunately not be able to process your return.
Returns
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded. Products must be in their original packaging and completely unopened. Otherwise, returns are excluded. Returns are only possible within 10 working days after purchase. In the case of returns, the refund may be reduced by up to 25% of the sales value to cover administrative costs. For hygienic reasons, the following items are excluded from return:
• all liquids and pre-filled pods, disposable and hybrid vapes, even if they are still sealed. You certainly also want to be 100% sure to receive a flawless and unused product.
• atomizers and atomizer heads, as these are considered consumable items
• any accessories such as seals, glass parts, etc., that are used in atomizer heads
Warranty Cases
We grant a warranty period of 24 months on all products.
Excluded from this are:
• batteries and rechargeable batteries after successful initial use
• devices that have been modified, e.g. through firmware updates
• devices damaged by liquids
• atomizers*
• atomizer heads
• sealing rings
• products without a receipt / proof of purchase
*If an atomizer gurgles (sensation/sound when drawing) or leaks (runs/drips), we can certainly help with a tip, but this does not constitute a warranty case.
If there is no warranty claim, the buyer bears the costs for any fault analysis (CHF 60.00).
