Procedure

So that we can process your return/warranty case as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to read the return policy carefully and complete the form on the following page fully and truthfully.

For any return, the returns and warranty form must be completed in advance and sent to support@e-zigaretten.ch.

The product must then be returned to us together with the original packaging and the fully completed returns and warranty form. The original packaging is mandatory, as it contains the serial number and batch number. Otherwise, unfortunately, we are unable to process your return. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and will not be refunded.

Returns

Products must be in their original packaging and completely unopened. Otherwise, returns are excluded. A return is only possible within 10 working days after purchase. In the case of returns, the credit may be reduced by up to 25% of the sales value to cover administrative expenses.

For hygiene reasons, the following items are excluded from return:

  • all liquids, pre-filled pods, disposable and hybrid vapes, even if they are still sealed. You certainly also want to be 100% sure that you receive a flawless and unused product
  • atomizers and atomizer heads, these are considered consumable materials
  • any accessories, such as seals, glass parts, etc. that are used in atomizers

Warranty Cases

We provide a warranty period of 24 months on all products.

Excluded from this are:

  • batteries and rechargeable batteries after successful initial use
  • devices showing signs of damage
  • devices that have been modified, such as through a firmware update
  • devices damaged by liquids
  • atomizers* and atomizer heads
  • sealing rings
  • items from the clearance category
  • products without a receipt / proof of purchase and without original packaging
*If an atomizer gurgles (sensation/noise when inhaling) or leaks (liquid runs out/drips), we can certainly help with a tip, but this is not a warranty case.

If there is no warranty claim, the buyer bears the cost of any fault analysis (CHF 60.00).
